- If you want to upgrade your regular charm to a premium charm, select the number of premium charms you want replace the regular charms with (additional P40 per premium charm upgrade)
- Once you've chosen all your charms, type in your preferred charms using a comma to separate each (ie P5, P1, R9)

- Our charms are cute and dainty so majority of them are 10mm or less in size. Please manage your expectations.
- We will be sending you a photo of your necklace before shipping out via Instagram DM.
- Our customization lead time is 7 to 10 days.

Our jewelry is made from gold-plated stainless steel (unless otherwise stated). We do not recommend that they be used while swimming, showering, or sweating. It is advisable to keep the accessories away from moisture and stored in a cool, dry place. If your jewelry comes in contact with moisture, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and store when dry.
Please note that jewelry that are not made of solid gold will eventually fade over time. With proper care, your gold-plated pieces will stay pristine for a long time.

- 1 to 4 items - one free box and pouch
- 5 to 8 items - two free boxes and pouches
- 8 to 12 items - three free boxes and pouches
