ORDERING & SHIPPING
What are your shipping rates?

For delivery via same-day pick up couriers (Grab/Lalamove), this should be booked & shouldered by the buyer. Once your order is ready, we will send you the pick up details via Instagram DM. We are located in Sun Valley, Paranaque City.
When will you ship my order?
[Accessories] Since our products are made-to-order, we follow a strict production lead time of 4-7 days. We can accept rush orders and have your order ready in two days. We will charge a minimal rush fee. Kindly send us a dm on Instagram before placing your order.
Once your order has been shipped and successfully picked up by the third-party courier, we will not be liable for any delays or loses. Buyer should bear the responsibility of following up with the courier and contact them for any other concerns.
What are your payment methods?
We accept:
- Credit or Debit Cards via PayMongo
- Bank Transfer via BPI or BDO
- GCash
Once payment has been finalized, please send us a copy of the proof of payment via email at hello.larosaph@gmail.com with subject Order No - Name. If you paid through PayMongo, no need to send proof of payment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we strictly do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Before your order is shipped, we make sure to double check the quality of the product itself. If in any case you experience any issues with your order, please send us a message on Instagram.
We also accept repairs. Please send us an e-mail or Instagram DM. Shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer.
