Our jewelry is made from gold-plated stainless steel (unless otherwise stated). We recommend that they be immediately cleaned/dried when used while swimming, showering, or sweating. It is advisable to keep the accessories away from moisture and stored in a cool, dry place. If your jewelry comes in contact with moisture, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and store when dry.
Please note that jewelry that are not made of solid gold will eventually fade over time. With proper care, your gold-plated pieces will stay pristine for a long time.

I bought this necklace on September 18, 2025, paid thru Gcash at 6:27 PM. I already had one of these that I bought last year. It was good quality and I liked it a lot so I bought another one. Same letter which is my boyfriend's initial. The difference is that the first one I bought, I got it with my bf's birthstone. This time, I bought it with my birthstone. Upon receipt, the end jump ring of the necklace was not secure. I was disappointed already that time. I just tried my best to close the big gap somehow. Fast forward to yesterday though, it turns out the jump ring on my letter pendant also has a gap and isn't closed securely. It fell out of my chains even though my hands just brushed up against it when I was fixing my hair. I don't pull on my necklace so I was surprised when I saw that it fell from my chains. Thankfully, I was able to find the pendant. However, I am worried about it falling off again since I don't really have the right supplies to fix it. I'm also anxious now about the end jump ring, if maybe my whole necklace might fall off next time. I didn't have these issues with my first necklace. I wish it was the same quality as my first order which has lasted me for a year now and no issues at all. :(
The necklace is so cute :) I found La Rosa through Instagram and it was on a perfect time as I was planning to buy a new necklace. I like it so much that I always wear it whenever I go out :)
