Made-to-order items require a one-week lead time or less. An email will be sent with the tracking number once the item has been shipped.

Our jewelry is made from gold-plated stainless steel (unless otherwise stated). We do not recommend that they be used while swimming, showering, or sweating. It is advisable to keep the accessories away from moisture and stored in a cool, dry place. If your jewelry comes in contact with moisture, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and store when dry.
Please note that jewelry that are not made of solid gold will eventually fade over time. With proper care, your gold-plated pieces will stay pristine for a long time.

- 1 to 4 items - one free box and pouch
- 5 to 8 items - two free boxes and pouches
- 8 to 12 items - three free boxes and pouches
Should you need individual packaging for each item in your order, you will need to purchase extra packaging here.
